Meanwhile, factors such as increased rental prices and limited inventory have put housing demand on the rise.
Contractors are already starting on residential multistory 3D-printed homes , which could help test use cases for commercial work. One result could be multiuse structures, with retail and office spaces on the ground level and habitational units above.
