If you are an assigned risk customer, our Assigned Risk Customer Service Center is available by phone at 1-800-653-7893 or email at IMS@LibertyMutual.com.
Professionals are available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT and can answer your questions related to:
- General inquiries regarding your coverage
- Policy review
- Billing inquiries
- Mail form audit inquiries
- Certificates of insurance, if you don’t have an agent
- Coverage in other states, if you don’t have an agent
- Additional coverage needs
