If you are an assigned risk customer, our Assigned Risk Customer Service Center is available by phone at 1-800-653-7893 or email at IMS@LibertyMutual.com.

Professionals are available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT and can answer your questions related to:

  • General inquiries regarding your coverage
  • Policy review
  • Billing inquiries
  • Mail form audit inquiries
  • Certificates of insurance, if you don’t have an agent
  • Coverage in other states, if you don’t have an agent
  • Additional coverage needs
